German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cooked potatoes, diced
3 slices fried bacon, diced
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
4 Tbsp. vinegar
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. water
Preparation

Fry bacon until very brown.
Remove and drain.
Brown onions slightly.
Add sugar, vinegar and flour to the grease.
Mix well. Gradually stir in water.
Cook until mixture thickens slightly, but is not stiff.
Pour over potatoes and crumbled bacon.
