Chicken Breasts With Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large chicken breasts, halved
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. Sauterne
    1 can sliced mushrooms or 8 oz. cooked fresh mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. crushed thyme
    2 Tbsp. minced onion (optional)
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Brown in butter 15 minutes.
    Arrange chicken in shallow roasting pan.
    In same skillet, combine soup and wine; stir until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients; heat to boiling point.
    Pour sauce over chicken.
