Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown potatoes, defrosted
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar or cubed Velveeta cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
