Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 lb. (2 cans) tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
    2 green peppers, diced
    2 medium onions, diced
    2 celery stalks, diced
    2 lb. (2 cans) drained kidney beans
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat; add other ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Remove garlic.
    Season to taste.
    Serve with hot rice. Serves 8 to 12.
