Potato, Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. warm cooked green beans
    4 warm cooked large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 green onions, sliced
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 medium clove garlic, crushed
    1 small red onion, sliced thin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except green beans and potatoes, in shaker or bag and shake well.
    Pour over vegetables and toss gently.
    Chill several hours.
