Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs
    5 sq. bitter chocolate
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    good pinch of salt
    1 c. sifted pastry flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Melt chocolate and shortening.
    Add sugar, vanilla and salt gradually.
    Add flour to egg mixture, then add chocolate and melted shortening.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake about 45 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
