Elsie'S Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk (1 1/2 c. homogenized, 1/2 c. Carnation)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar, butter and vanilla to scalded milk.
    Add eggs last.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Sprinkle top with nutmeg (lightly).
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until knife test.
