Chicken Sopa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
3/4 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. chicken broth
1 can chopped green chilies
1 c. taco sauce
2 c. cooked chopped chicken
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
corn tortillas
Preparation

Saute onion and bell peppers in margarine.
Add soup, broth, chilies, taco sauce, and chicken.
Cook 20 minutes, slowly.
Layer tortillas, meat, and cheese.
Repeat. Heat at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
May be fixed early and frozen.
