Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, thawed and drained
    24 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    8 slices American cheese, cut up
    1 stick oleo, melted
    6 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix altogether in a 3-quart buttered casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 75 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake another 15 minutes.
