Mary'S Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced raw carrots
    4 oz. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook carrots in salted water until tender.
    Drain and mash. Add butter, milk and beaten eggs.
    Fold in grated cheese last. Bake in buttered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
