Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 green onions, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    1/2 can SL water chestnuts (julienne style)
    pepper to taste
    1/3 c. white wine
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. shredded lettuce
    1/2 c. halved green grapes
    sliced almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together all but last 3 ingredients; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    Cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes until heated, stirring once.
    Mix in lettuce and grapes; sprinkle with almonds.
    Serves 4.
