New Orleans Remoulade Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. mayonnaise
1/2 onion
1 bud garlic
1 green onion top
1/2 green pepper
3/4 stalk celery
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. capers
1 hard-cooked egg
2 1/2 c. French mustard
1/4 c. Creole mustard
1 1/4 tsp. vinegar
1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation

Chop ingredients down to egg medium fine.
Cut egg in small chunks.
Mix with all other ingredients.
If so desired, you may mix anchovy paste for taste.
