Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie crust
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1/4 c. cold water
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine gelatine and cold water; set aside.
    Slightly beat egg yolks.
    Mix all together and cook in double boiler until thick. Add gelatine to cooked mixture and chill.
    Chill and add egg whites, beaten.
    When it begins to set, add sugar and salt and fold all together and put in pie shell and chill.
