Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    1/2 large sweet pepper, chopped
    2 hot peppers, cut fine
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or American)
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
