Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. chicken breast
    2 oz. Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. diet Thousand Island dressing
    1/8 tsp. celery seed
    1/8 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Pound chicken; spread with 1 tablespoon dressing.
    Place 1/2 of cheese over dressing.
    Roll up and place in baking dish. Combine sauerkraut, celery seed, caraway seed, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar.
    Cover chicken with sauerkraut mixture, then cover with remaining dressing and cheese.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 2.
