Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 zucchini (cucumber size), sliced
    1 carrot, grated
    1 onion, grated
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 small box Stove Top stuffing
Preparation
    Slice zucchini and boil a few minutes in salted water; drain. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake in 2-quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover last 20 minutes of baking time.
