Rosemary Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. milk
    rind 1 lemon, grated
Preparation
    Mix biscuit mix, sugar, nutmeg, rosemary and lemon rind.
    Beat egg and add to milk; add oil.
    Stir liquid mixture into dry mixture just until batter is formed.
    Pour into greased and floured 9-inch pan.
    Bake 25 minutes at 425\u00b0.
