Gulliver'S Creamed Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 ears corn, cooked
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cut corn from cob and place in saucepan with whipping cream. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in salt, sugar and m.s.g.
Melt butter in a small pan and stir in flour; do not brown.
Stir butter and flour mixture into corn and cook until slightly thickened.
Turn corn into ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan and dot with butter.
Brown under browning unit.
