Strawberry Sour Cream Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    2 medium bananas, mashed
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add all ingredients except sour cream.
    Pour half of mixture in mold.
    Let chill one hour. Spread sour cream over gelatin mixture and spoon remaining mixture on top; chill.
    This could be made with dietetic gelatin and dietetic canned pineapple.
