Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    7 oz. coconut
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    7 oz. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bake cake mix according to directions on box in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    While cake is baking, mix milk and sugar; boil for 10 minutes.
    Add vanilla.
    While cake is hot, prick cake with a fork. Mix coconut with milk and sugar mixture.
    Then dribble over cake. Let cool (better overnight).
    Mix Cool Whip and 7 ounces coconut with vanilla.
    Spread over cool cake.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
    Let set in refrigerator overnight.
