Fettuccine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fettuccine, cooked according to pkg. directions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1/2 c. heavy cream (whipping cream)
Preparation
    In a small glass bowl, melt butter.
    Add cheese and olive oil. Mix.
    Add cream and mix well.
    Microwave on High 30 seconds. Stir; microwave 30 seconds.
    Stir; microwave 45 seconds or until almost boiling.
    Pour over hot fettuccine.
    Toss lightly. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
    Great served with grilled chicken and salad!
