Cream Pea Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 medium cauliflower, cored and chopped
    1 vegetable bouillon
    2 c. fresh or frozen peas
    1 tsp. dried dill
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. dried sage
    2 tsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    In a heavy kettle, bring water to a boil.
    Add onion, celery, cauliflower, salt and bouillon.
    Return to boil; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add peas, dill, parsley, basil and sage; return to boil.
    Cover and simmer additional 10 minutes.
    Cool slightly; puree in blender until creamy.
    Return to heat.
    Add butter; stir while reheating.
    This is good with whole wheat toast.
