Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 egg
    1 can tomato paste or sauce
Preparation
    Parboil cabbage leaves (about 5 minutes).
    Mix onion, rice and egg; add to ground beef.
    Salt and pepper.
    Mix thoroughly. Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of mixture into cabbage leaf.
    Arrange in Dutch oven.
