Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. chopped green peppers
    1 pt. chopped red peppers
    1 pt. chopped onions
    1 pt. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Place peppers and onions in saucepan.
    Cover with water. Bring to boil.
    Remove from fire and let stand 10 minutes; drain. Mix sugar, vinegar and spices; bring to a boil in separate saucepan.
    Add peppers and onions to sugar and vinegar; bring to a boil.
    Cook slowly 15 minutes.
    Pack in hot jars; seal.
    Process in water bath.
    Cool and store.
