Limas In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh or frozen lima beans
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped pimento
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook limas in boiling, salted water until tender (about 20 minutes); drain.
    Saute onion and pimento in butter until tender. Stir in limas, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until well heated (about 15 minutes).
