Saturday Night Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried lima beans
    1 (1 lb.) roll sausage meat
    3 tsp. prepared mustard
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Soak limas overnight or early in morning.
    Cook until tender; pour into casserole, saving the liquor that's left.
    Mix mustard, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar thoroughly through the beans. Top with slices of sausage meat and bake in moderate oven for an hour or until meat is nicely browned.
    Use the reserved liquor to keep beans from getting too dry during baking, if needed.
