Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour
4 eggs
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 cups milk
1 tsp. butter
Preparation

Combine flour, eggs, melted butter, salt and milk in food processor until smooth.
Chill at least 30 minutes.
Cook crepes in omelette pan.
Butter when cooked.
Can be filled with any assortment of fillings.
Example: cream cheese and sausage crepes are very good!
