Spanish Omelet Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    12 ripe olives, sliced
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter about 5 minutes.
    Add rest and simmer about 10 minutes.
    Make one day before serving, then heat thoroughly.
    Leftovers may be frozen.
