Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
3/4 c. oats (quick or old-fashioned)
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease only bottoms of muffin pan cups or spray muffin pan with nonstick spray.
In medium bowl with fork, stir milk, egg and oil until well mixed.
Add remaining ingredients and stir just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy).
Dough will keep in refrigerator for 4 days.
