Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen or fresh fish fillets (in serving size pieces)
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 carrot, sliced thinly
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place fillets in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Cover with vegetables and garlic.
    Blend chicken broth and tomato sauce and pour over fillets.
    Sprinkle with oregano and pepper.
    Pour olive oil over top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
