Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
5 Tbsp. pancake syrup (maple flavored)
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Make crepes from very thin pancake batter with small teaspoon sugar added.
Do this by tilting small frying pan and running batter all over bottom of pan (sprayed with Pam).
Put 2 tablespoons of vanilla ice cream along middle of crepes.
Wrap around ice cream and freeze for 30 to 40 minutes.
Take from freezer and pour hot sweetened strawberries and juice over crepes.
Heat in microwave for about 20 seconds.
Top with whipped cream.
