Ingredients

1 lb. Bob Evans pork sausage
2 pkg. Dairy crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet and drain well.
Separate and roll out dough into 16 triangles.
Press over bottom and up sides of ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.
Press perforated edges together to seal and form a crust.
Spoon sausage over crust.
Sprinkle with hash browns.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
Beat together eggs, water and seasonings.
Pour over pan contents.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
