Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
    3/4 lb. bacon, cubed
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown bacon and add brown sugar, vinegar, water and flour. Stir until thickened.
    Layer potatoes with raw onions.
    Pour bacon mixture over all.
