Perfect Dills - cooking recipe
Ingredients

13 to 13 1/2 c. water
1 c. salt
6 to 6 1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Boil
ingredients 15 minutes.
Pack cucumbers
in
jars with lots of dill
and
1/2
teaspoon
whole
black pepper and garlic if you wish.
Add 1 tablespoon sugar to each quart, but do not boil the sugar.
Pour boiling vinegar brine over cukes. Fill to tops of
jars
and\tseal
tight.
Set
jars in boiling water to come over the
top of them.
Let stand in there until cold.
