Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick melted oleo
1 box Stove Top dressing
1 carton sour cream
1 c. grated carrots
3 to 4 chopped zucchini
1/2 c. onion
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup

Preparation

Mix butter and Stove Top dressing mix.
Pour 1/2 mixture into bottom of casserole dish.
Mix sour cream, carrots, zucchini, onion and soup. Pour over mixture in casserole dish.
Top with remaining half of Stove Top mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
