Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c. chopped carrots
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped garlic
1/8 c. olive oil
1/8 c. soy sauce
1/8 c. chopped ginger
Preparation

Heat olive oil, then saute garlic, onions and ginger.
Add all vegetables until crisp or tender.
Add soy sauce.
Salt and pepper to taste.
