Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk, scalded
4 large eggs or 6 small
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar, butter, salt and nutmeg.
Add milk and beaten eggs. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 7 minutes or at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
