Deer Jerky - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. hamburger
3 tsp. Tender Quick
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. marjoram
3 tsp. Accent
2 Tbsp. Season-All
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients.
Make grapefruit size balls.
Roll between waxed paper.
Refrigerate for 5 hours or more.
Bake at lowest setting on oven.
Baste with 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup liquid smoke.
Bake for 4 to 5 hours.
Cool; cut into strips.
