German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 apples, sliced
5 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 unbeaten eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. oil
Preparation

Mix 5 tablespoons sugar with cinnamon, then mix with apples. Mix remaining ingredients together.
In tube pan, layer batter, apples, batter, apples and batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
