Ingredients

1 c. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. onion juice or grated onion

Preparation

Combine water and cornstarch, making a smooth paste. Add other ingredients. Simmer until moderately thick.
