Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/4 green pepper
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1/2 qt. tomato juice
1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut
Preparation

Brown and drain hamburger.
Mix all together and heat in crock-pot or place in oven at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Add more tomato juice if desired.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
