Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 stick butter or margarine, cut into 8 servings or for how many chicken breasts you have
    flour
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. bread crumbs
    salt, pepper and parsley flakes
Preparation
    Put a chicken breast between a piece of plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet or edge of a saucer until it is about 1/4-inch thick.
    Do this to all chicken breasts.
