Cheezy Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium to large ripe tomatoes
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 strips bacon
3 oz. shredded cheese (your choice)
garlic salt to taste
cracked black pepper to taste
Preparation

Remove top of tomato, approximately 1/4-inch, and scoop out bulk pulp.
Do not scrape to the outer wall; leave some tomato intact.
Cut very thin slice from bottom of tomato (1/16th-inch) to allow each tomato to sit on baking pan and not roll.
Divide Parmesan cheese and place in each tomato; repeat with shredded cheese.
Reserve small amount of bacon drippings and season each tomato before adding crumbled bacon to each.
Bake in oven or on grill at 350\u00b0 for about 10 to 12 minutes or until tomato skin begins to wrinkle.
