Peanut Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. white Karo syrup
1/4 c. water
3 c. peanuts
3 Tbsp. cream (canned)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 drops red food coloring

Preparation

Melt sugar in water and Karo.
Add peanuts and cook until mixture forms a good thread (240\u00b0).
