Squash Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked yellow squash
    1 carrot, grated
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. herb seasoned crumbs
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mash squash.
    Mix with carrots, onions, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Butter casserole dish; sprinkle layer of crumbs in bottom.
    Add squash mixture.
    Cover with crumbs.
    Dot generously with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
