Whole Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Separate egg. Measure milk, drop yolk and beat together. Add liquid to dry. Beat egg white.
