Ground Beef And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 pkg. beef Rice-A-Roni
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/4 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can sliced mushrooms (undrained)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown beef; add uncooked Rice-A-Roni.
    Cook until rice mixture is light brown.
    Add 2 cups hot water and the Rice-A-Roni seasoning packet.
    Stir well; let simmer 10 minutes.
    Add sauteed onions and pepper.
    Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, mushrooms and soup.
    Mix well.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in large greased casserole, uncovered.
