Blueberry Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. raspberry jello
1 c. coffee cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. nuts
1 medium can blueberries in syrup
Preparation

Dissolve 1 package raspberry jello in 2 cups hot water.
Pour in 13 x 9-inch pan and chill until set.
Heat cream and sugar; dissolve unflavored gelatin in cold water.
Combine with cream. Add vanilla, cream cheese and nuts.
Pour over set jello.
Set again.
Dissolve other raspberry jello in 1 cup hot water.
Stir in blueberries and juice.
Pour over cheese layer and chill.
Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
