Sweet And Sour Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 medium green bell pepper, minced
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cook onion and pepper in oil over medium heat until tender. Stir in pineapple juice, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and salt. Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
    In cup, stir cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water until smooth.
    Gradually add cornstarch mixture to pan.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until boiling.
    Boil for 1 minute; remove from heat.
    Cool.
