Party Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 bottle chili sauce (21 oz.)
1 jar grape jelly (12 oz.)
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Mix together meat, egg, onion, and salt.
Form into about 100 small meatballs and arrange in electric skillet.
Combine chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice.
Pour over meatballs and simmer for one hour.
Serve in heated dish.
